According to The Guardian, Gyokeres has said it would be his "dream" to sign for Arsenal. The Gunners have qualified for next Champions League, while United are in the middle of a protracted rebuild. The 27-year-old's representatives have informed the Old Trafford outfit his future lies elsewhere.

Despite Gyokeres' desire for a move to north London, it is far from a done deal. The Guardian reports that Mikel Arteta would prefer to strengthen his squad's striking options by making a deal for RB Leipzig's Bejamin Sesko.
